Meet the Founder and CEO
Shannon Hall, Ph.D.
Dr. Hall is a tech sociologist, with expertise in leadership and team performance
Dr. Hall leverages her 10+ years of experience researching and consulting with startups and Fortune 500 companies into co-founding Epic Teams and serving as a lead consultant and trainer.
Dr. Hall received her Ph.D. in Sociology from Columbia University, with an emphasis in technology and organizations. Over the past decade, she has applied her unique background to help clients develop science-based approaches for maximizing performance and impact. She has also designed and delivered highly effective evidence-based workplace training programs for institutions across the country, in conjunction with the MacArthur Foundation and the National Science Foundation. Dr. Hall is certified as a Positive Psychology Coach and teaches team coaching courses at General Assembly in San Francisco.
